We are pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Seers CMA as Company Controller. Shawn has significant accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. He graduated with a Business Degree from Fanshawe College and earned his Accounting designation while working with Larry Batte and Associates. He will begin his career at ARVA on Monday, February 29, 2016.

Other Announcements

Fred Smith has retired from an active role at ARVA. He resigned as the company President in January 2016. He will continue to play a role at ARVA as company Chairman and significant investor.
Paul J. Smith has been appointed President of ARVA Industries. Kevin Spicer has been appointed as Director of Engineering.
